Selce - your holiday destination

Location: The croatian coast town Selce is located in a picturesque bay across from the island of Krk, 30 kilometers south of Rijeka. The town has a long tradition forf tourists due to it's location (easy to reach by car) and it's mild mediterranean climate.

Shore and sea: Here you find kilometer long rock and pebble beaches, stairs and the many shallow parts make the area well suited for nonswimmers. Thanks to the large number of kiosks and bistros and the possiblity to rent sun umbrellas, beach chairs and chaises you can enjoy the whole day relaxing on the beach without having to get into a car or bus. On the beautiful promenade, which stretches across the town, you can stroll in the peaceful and romantic atmosphere enjoying the sound of the waves on the stone beach, souvenier shops, cafes and ice cream stands.

Infrastrucure: The town is lively in the summer, but not over crowded. Selce's infrastructure offers you everything that you could want from a mediterranean holiday: cosy bars, bistros and restaurants, all possible types of water sports, a certified diving school, minigolf, boccis, exhibits and folklore evenings.
